Howdy from San Antonio,   I have here a 1970 Mercury Cougar XR-7 Convertible.    Its an M code 351 Cleveland factory 4 barrel car.   I have known of this car for many years and finally was able to buy it.   But,  I have some other great cars and have decided to sell her.

The car runs, drives and stops.   It has a very nice body with no known dings or dents.   The interior appears to me to be totally original and in over all very nice shape.   There are a few pieces of plastic trim inside that are broken and the car needs a new carpet kit.

The car had an engine replacement a few years ago with a 351 Cleveland 2 barrel,  but the original engine I have and it comes with the car.   So….you can drive and enjoy while having the original engine rebuilt.

The car has buckets seats and center console,  factory working air conditioning,  a working factory tachometer etc.   The original 4 barrel carburetor is newly rebuilt and in the trunk along with the original 4 barrel air cleaner.

The original floors are solid,  the only rust issue I’ve seen is on the lower passenger side rear quarter in back of the tire.

The car was originally classic white.   The car could use a paint job.   It’s a pretty awesome car.   The top has a cut in it and should be replaced.    I’m in San Antonio Texas,
