Found in a garage where it had sat for some 40 years. This is likely the only raw unfinished 1979 MANTA Mirage car in existence. Get on Utube and search them out. When they are finished out, they are amazing looking. The chassis is complete and fitted with a small block Chevy 327 V8 with a rear Corvair transaxle. I don’t think its ever run yet. The fuel tanks, brake lines etc. are all installed too.
The original body parts are fresh out of a 40 year old box, raw, never cut, painted, or drilled. I have them all. Even the doors, windows and original upholstery.
I also have the original books, part lists, original buyers docs. The only thing I know to be missing is the windshield. Which and family is looking for. The car has never been titled, bill of sale only. The car is located in San Antonio Texas. Thanks for looking, I don’t think you’ll find another opportunity to build a MANTA fresh ever again.
