1955 SPARTAN IMPERIAL MANSION
This is not, and was not a Travel Trailer, rather the highest quality mobile home of the 1950’s.
The trailer is superb, very nice shape. The trailer has been used as a guest house most recently. The trailer has a large galley kitchen with updated tile, counter top, sink and tile, refurbished original gas stove. A new fridge that runs or propane/gas and a Mini Split Mitsubishi HVAC system.
The trailer has a full bathroom with large shower and really great tile, rear bedroom and really nice Burl Wood paneling though-out.
Outside is clean and polished with no big dents or drags, and no known leaks. The living room has awesome panoramic rap around glass. There are no soft spots in the floors. There is an entry door on both sides of the trailer.
I have personally towed this unit about 60 miles. You will need a large F250 Diesel truck or larger to move it. I hold a clear title to the unit. This trailer can be moved to your lake property, down to the coast and live in it, or a weekend hide away.
Build a deck around it, drop in a hot-tub and bam!!!!! The trailer is currently stored in-doors near Retama Park in Selma Texas just outside San Antonio. Thanks! Its awesome!
