FOR SALE. ICONIC DODGE WWII WC-53 POWER WAGON. This rig has been professionally built, body off, nut and bolt restoration yet keeping the original character.
When you open the split hood you find a Hercules 3.7 Turbo Diesel engine. It looks like it is suppose to be there. Absolutely no cuts into the body/fire wall were made. This engine starts lighting fast and runs and sounds amazing. No oil drips all over the drive either.
The turbo diesel is mated to the original four speed transmission. This allows the original Power Take Off to power the Braden LU-2 Winch up front.
The original drive axles have been up-graded to four wheel Power Disc brakes. The truck stops good. It also steers very well with Power steering. Air Conditioning provided by original tilt out windshield.
The truck has been rewired too! The wheels are custom H-1 Hummer military tubeless. The body is in spectacular shape. No rust issues and no heavy Bondo. The truck is NOT a backyard build. The truck is a high level restoration with really nice hard wood oak rear floor runners.
